Nu Chareunrath: Chief Executive Officer

With a fervent drive to create meaningful change, I bring a unique blend of financial acumen, operational expertise, and a heart for fostering vibrant company culture. Whether as a CFO for hire or as the founder of my own fractional business services company, I thrive on marrying these three pillars to catalyze transformation in any organization I serve.


Armed with a deep understanding of financials and operations, I have a knack for identifying opportunities and crafting strategies that drive sustainable growth. My approach is fueled by a genuine passion for empowering and mentoring individuals to reach their full potential, fostering loyalty and driving organizational success.


I am drawn to companies experiencing rapid growth, where I thrive as a catalyst for change. Known affectionately as "Flash" for my sense of urgency and "Tornado" for the impact I create, I bring an unwavering commitment to authenticity and excellence to every endeavor. 

Victoria Aguilera: Executive Assistant

Victoria brings a diverse background to her current role as Executive Assistant. With experience in training in various roles, salon management, and accounting, she also handles office management duties and assists the operational optimization team by creating Standard Operating Procedures.


Victoria excels in developing processes for departments and supporting executives, HR, and accounting teams. Currently, she leverages these skills to drive administrative efficiency and business growth.

Gia Lobo: Business Operations and People Strategist

Gia specializes in spearheading enterprise growth and enhancing operational efficiency. With a deep understanding of business operations gained through holding a Lean Six Sigma Green belt Certification and hands-on involvement, she's been knee-deep in driving tangible results for companies. Her leadership extends across initiating and integrating the 3 pillars of our roadmap, aligning businesses strategic and operational objectives to significantly boost organizational effectiveness.


Gia's philosophy centers on the pivotal role of effective communication and a strong organizational culture in navigating the dynamic challenges of our industry, consistently achieving and exceeding our performance and growth targets. She is deeply committed to fostering a culture that values continuous improvement and innovation. She bridges the gap between executives and frontline teams, driving belief in the company's vision while ensuring alignment with individual roles. 


Nicole Jones, HR Consultant

Nicole began her career in operations, holding several leadership roles, her highest level being a regional director of a large 

food chain restaurant. Driven by her passion for people, she decided to specialize in human resources, focusing on  enhancing employee experiences and organizational culture. In 2022, Nicole earned her SHRM certification, a globally recognized credential that underscores her high level of expertise and commitment to the HR profession. 


Her diverse background in operations and human resources provides Nicole with a strategic advantage in developing and 

implementing company initiatives and policies. She has successfully guided organizations in creating HR policies, employee handbooks, performance reviews, and other initiatives that have significantly contributed to their success. 

Julie Fields: Financial Strategist

Julie has joined our consulting team as a seasoned finance strategy expert with over 20 years of proven leadership in Financial Modeling, Operational Efficiencies, Report Creation, and Budgeting. As the Chief Financial Officer at Vehicle Recycling Services LLC, she successfully opened and operated a startup salvage business, expanding to four salvage yards during her tenure. 


As the founder of both 2-PointZero Consulting and Fivestar Consulting LLC, she has been entrusted by multiple clients to implement advanced accounting systems, troubleshoot operational inefficiencies, build budgets, and administer incentive plans. With an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Colorado, she brings a solid educational foundation to complement her extensive professional experience.

Crystalann Armstrong: Marketing Strategist

Crystalann is an experienced B2B product marketing strategist with a proven track record in driving growth, education, and awareness in the hyperscale market. She collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop compelling product content, and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives. 


She has led product/service launches, managed sales enablement initiatives, and implemented account-based marketing strategies to optimize engagement and drive revenue growth. Crystalann has demonstrated expertise in competitive analysis, presentation development, and vendor engagement. Dedicated to delivering impactful marketing initiatives, she fosters innovation in a fast-changing technology environment.



DJ Cairns: HR & Administrative Specialist

DJ has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and a well-versed professional background. She has found herself wearing many hats in her professional experiences in Business Management, Human Resources, Administration, and Executive Assistant, as well as running her own landscape consulting service and curating yoga retreats.


Her mantra in maintaining business' success is through organization, accountability, & collaboration. She has supported several start-up companies and has found her passion in working directly alongside business owners. 

Sumit Bhardwaj: Bookkeeper

Sumit is an accomplished professional who has been working in finance for the past 3 years. He is highly proficient in QuickBooks and excels in reconciling accounts and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. His strong analytical skills contribute to effective financial management. Beyond work, he stays abreast of finance trends and cherishes quality time with his family.
